摘　　要：乡村文化是乡村振兴的重要组成部分,是乡村振兴的“发展之魂”与“力量之根”。党和国家以推进社会主义现代化建设为导向,积极落实了一系列有关乡村文化建设的重要部署,这些部署为乡村文化建设提供了强有力的支持,使其得到了长远的发展。然而距离实现乡村全面振兴的要求还存在一定差距。乡村音乐非遗文化是乡村文化建设的重要内容与主要形式,是全面推进乡村文化振兴建设的重要力量。通过活态化传承,可以为农村音乐非遗文化的可持续发展及乡村文化建设奠定基础。为此结合农村音乐文化遗产的价值意蕴及保护方式,分析农村音乐非遗文化传承的问题,提出科学合理的建构思路。Rural culture is an important component of rural revitalization,and it is the"soul of development"and"root of strength"of rural revitalization.The Party and the state,guided by the promotion of socialist modernization,have actively implemented a series of important deployments related to rural cultural construction.These deployments have provided strong support for rural cultural construction and enabled it to achieve long-term development.However,there is still a certain gap between achieving the requirements of comprehensive rural revitalization.The intangible cultural heritage of rural music is an important content and main form of rural cultural construction,and an important force in comprehensively promoting the revitalization of rural culture.Through active inheritance,it can lay the foundation for the sustainable development of rural music intangible cultural heritage and rural cultural construction.Based on the value implications and protection methods of rural music cultural heritage,this paper analyzes the issue of inheriting rural music intangible cultural heritage and proposes scientific and reasonable construction ideas.
