摘 要:测量钾盐矿中水溶性硼并对其进行不确定度分析与评定,为评价钾盐矿中水溶性硼测量结果提供参考依据。系统分析了测量过程中样品称量过程、样品前处理、标准溶液及稀释、标准曲线拟合、重复测量等不确定度来源,评定并计算了各不确定分量的贡献。钾盐矿中水溶性硼含量为(23.8±1.9)μg/g(k=2),结果表明,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定钾盐矿中水溶性硼含量的不确定度主要来源于曲线拟合,标准溶液浓度及测量重复性是次要来源。因此,在以后的实际工作中应适当调整校准曲线浓度范围,其次通过增加测量次数,并在标准溶液配制过程中选择合适的移液管,以提高检测的准确性。Measure water-soluble boron in potassium salt mines and conduct uncertainty analy-sis and evaluation,providing a reference basis for evaluating the measurement results of water-soluble boron in potassium salt mines.A systematic analysis was conducted on the sources of uncer-tainty in the measurement process,including sample weighing,sample pretreatment,standard so-lution and dilution,standard curve fitting,and repeated measurements.The contributions of each uncertainty component were evaluated and calculated.The results indicated that the water-soluble boron content in the potassium salt ore is(23.8±1.9)μg/g(k=2).The uncertainty in the determina-tion of water-soluble boron content in potassium salt mines by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry mainly comes from curve fitting,while standard solution concentration and measure-ment repeatability are secondary sources.Therefore,in future practical work,the concentration range of the calibration curve should be appropriately adjusted,followed by increasing the number of measurements and selecting appropriate pipettes during the preparation process of the standard solution to improve the accuracy of detection.
