摘  要:铲运机是我国矿业开展中非常重要的运载机械设备,其具有较强的可靠性、稳定性和高效性,有效地保证了矿业开采的高效进行。液压系统是铲运机的“血液”,是控制铲运机完成一系列工作过程的基础。以TORO400E铲运机为例,对铲运机转向液压系统的工作原理进行分析,并对铲运机转向液压系统常见故障和处理措施进行说明。Scraper is a very important transport machinery and equipment in China's mining industry,which has strong reliability,stability and high efficiency,and effectively ensures the high efficiency of mining.Hydraulic system is the"blood"of the scraper,which is the basis for controlling the scraper to complete a series of work processes.The working principle of the steering hydraulic system of the scraper will be analysed by taking the TORO400E scraper as an example,and the common faults of the steering hydraulic system of the scraper and the treatment measures will be explained.
