摘 要:近年来,遥感技术发展推动了国家生态环境监测能力的显著提升,生态环境遥感监测作为新质生产力,已成为生态环境保护和生态文明建设不可或缺的技术手段和重要支撑。本文系统阐述了我国生态环境遥感监测的发展现状、面临的形势与需求,分析了现有生态环境遥感监测存在的问题,提出了新时期生态环境遥感监测的发展思路,认为今后需进一步完善生态环境立体遥感监测网络,对标美丽中国建设要求构建遥感监测业务体系,创新运用卫星、无人机、塔基、巡航车船和地面监测设备等构成的“天空地海一体化”协同监测手段,推动形成监测精准、支撑全面、央地联动、智慧高效的生态环境遥感监测协同工作机制。In recent years,the development of remote sensing technology has significantly enhanced the national capacity for ecological environment monitoring.As quality productive forces,ecological environment remote sensing monitoring has become an indispensable technical means and important support for ecological environment protection and ecological civilization construction.This article systematically elaborates on the current status,situation and demand of ecology and environment remote sensing monitoring in our country,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions for the future development of ecological environment remote sensing monitoring in the new era,put forward that it is recommended to improve the“space”and“sky”remote sensing monitoring networks,build a remote sensing monitoring system aligned with the construction of building a beautiful China,innovative use of collaborative monitoring methods consisting of satellites,drones,tower bases,cruise vehicles,ships,and fixed stations for“unified monitoring system for sky,land,and sea”,and form a precise,comprehensive,centrally-locally coordinated,and intelligent ecological environment remote sensing monitoring working pattern.
