摘　　要：2023年10月在深圳举行的“国家文化遗产与文化发展学术研讨会·2023”是我国首次专门聚焦公共文化管理学科建设与人才培养的学术研讨会。会议围绕公共文化管理学科建设与人才培养在国家战略、实践需求、学术环境下的重大意义,对公共文化管理学科的体系构建、配套课程和新教材开发、教学平台和案例库建设,公共文化管理人才培养的事业需求、实践经验与发展路径等关键议题进行探讨,并发布《公共文化管理学科体系建设行动计划》。The National Cultural Heritage and Cultural Development Symposium-2023,held in Shenzhen on 26-28 October 2023,is the first academic symposium in China devoted exclusively to the development of the discipline of public cultural management and the cultivation of relevant talents.Focusing on the great significance of the disciplinary development and talent cultivation in public cultural management in terms of national strategies,practical needs and academic environment,the conference explored the key issues such as building the disciplinary system,developing supporting curricula and new teaching materials,establishing teaching platforms and case libraries,as well as the career needs,practical experiences and development paths of talent cultivation.The Action Plan for Building the Disciplinary System of Public Cultural Management was released at the conference.
