摘  要:为适应建筑业“减量化”用钢趋势,采用铌钒复合微合金化工艺对630 MPa高强度抗震钢筋进行了开发试制。对试制钢筋的力学性能、化学成分、金相组织等进行了检验分析。结果表明:试制钢筋的力学性能达到设计要求,具有良好的时效性和抗震性,综合性能良好。对比分析不同轧制工艺制度生产钢筋的性能,明确了较优的加热温度和冷却温度。通过分析生产过程的工艺参数、时效性能检测等数据,阐明了稳定化生产的工艺参数。To adapt trend of reducing steel usage in construction industry,niobium vanadium composite microalloying process was adopted to develop and trial produce 630 MPa high strength seismic resistant steel bars.The mechanical properties,chemical composition,and microstructure of trial produced steel bars were inspected and analyzed.Results show that mechanical properties of trial produced steel bars meet design requirements,and have good timeliness and seismic resistance,with good overall performance.By comparing and analyzing performance of steel bars produced through different rolling process systems,the optimal heating and cooling temperatures have been identified.By analyzing process parameters and aging performance inspection data of production process,process parameters for stable production are illustrated.
