摘 要:本文引导学生将“激光原理与技术”课程中所学的高斯光束特性与布儒斯特定律相结合,以全反射棱镜式(TRP:Total Reflection Prism)谐振腔为例,研究了高斯光束在TRP面传输过程中入射角度误差对腔内本征模式偏振损耗的影响,并讨论了腔内本征模式入射角度误差、束腰位置(即束腰到棱镜面的距离)z_(0)和焦参数f等对偏振损耗的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着角度误差的增加,s、p分量偏振损耗增大,最后趋于稳定。同时,对于同一角度误差而言,随着z_(0)和f的增大,s、p分量的偏振损耗减少,且相同的z_(0)和f的增量会引起更小的s、p分量偏振损耗。本文研究结果可对TRP腔内本征模式偏振损耗的降低、腔体结构设计及优化提供一定的理论依据。This paper guides students to combine the characteristics of Gaussian beams learned in the course of Laser Principles and Technology with the principle of Brewster's law.Taking the Total Reflection Prism(TRP)resonator as an example,the impact of incident angle error on the polarization loss of eigenmodes in the resonator during the total reflection process of Gaussian beams on the TRP surface is studied.The influence of incident angle error,beam waist position(distance from beam waist to prism)z_(0) and focal parameter f on polarization loss are discussed.The results show that in a certain range,the polarization loss of s and p components increase with the increasing of angle error,and finally tends to be stable.At the same time,for the same angle error,the polarization loss of s and p components decreases with the increase of z_(0) and f,and the identical increment of z_(0) and f will cause smaller polarization loss of s and p components.The research results of this article can provide a theoretical basis for the reduction of eigenmodes polarization loss,resonator structure design and optimization in TRP resonators.
