摘　　要：分离障碍,又称癔症,是一种急诊科常见的心理疾病,因发作时表现类似急症,常被当作急危重症送往急诊科治疗。此病常由长期不良心态和强烈且过度的精神刺激诱发。这种精神上有害的刺激破坏了脏腑间和身体内外的相对平衡状态,使脏腑阴阳气血失调而致病。西医以对症支持治疗为主,效果一般,中医在此病的治疗上方法多样。文章基于“以情胜情”理论探讨分离障碍的治疗,旨在为分离障碍的治疗提供新思路。Dissociative disorders,also known as hysteria,is a common psychological disease in the emergency department,because of its symptoms similar to emergencies,often sent to the emergency department as an emergency treatment.The disease is often induced by long-term bad mental emotions and excessive mental stimulation.This kind of mentally harmful stimulation destroys the relative balance between the zang-fu and the body inside and outside the state,causing the imbalance of yin and yang,qi and blood in the zang-fu,resulting in this disease.Western medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic support treatment,and the effect is general,while traditional Chinese medicine has various methods in the treatment of this disease,and the effect is significant.This paper discussed the treatment of dissociative disorders based on the theory of"treating emotional disturbance with emotion",aiming to provide a new idea for the treatment of dissociation disorder.
