NP-10改性煤泥处理乳液废水的研究

摘  要:以非离子表面活性剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP-10对煤泥进行表面改性,利用改性煤泥吸附处理模拟矿井水乳化液。结果表明,煤泥经5×10^(-4) mol/L的NP-10表面改性后,表面电负性下降,零电点由pH=3.41正移至pH=4.36。表面疏水性增强,与未改性煤泥相比,接触角增加了17°。煤泥与强电负性油滴的静电斥力减小,疏水引力增强,更有利于油滴吸附在煤泥表面,与未改性煤泥相比油去除率增加了26.19%。Non ionic surfactant NP-10 was used to modify the surface of coal slurry,and the modified coal slurry was used to adsorb and treat simulated mine water emulsion.The results showed that after surface modification with 5×10^(-4) mol/L NP-10,the surface electronegativity of coal slurry decreased,and the zero charge point shifted from pH=3.41 to pH=4.36.The surface hydrophobicity is enhanced,and compared with unmodified coal slurry,the contact angle increases by 17°.The electrostatic repulsion between coal slurry and strong electronegative oil droplets decreases,and the hydrophobic attraction increases,which is more conducive to the adsorption of oil droplets on the surface of coal slurry.Compared with unmodified coal slurry,the oil removal rate increases by 26.19%.
