摘 要:通常钢桁梁桥合龙需在接口处预留短节主桁杆件以实现两侧梁体的连接,因其杆件多、防护难度大,不太适于在铁路上方施工。廊坊市光明道上跨既有铁路立交桥钢桁梁双转体施工中,两幅钢桁梁杆件全部安装、减少合龙杆件连接数量,为避免转体过程中出现碰撞,其中一幅利用支座预偏将钢桁梁向边跨侧移动30 cm,转体结束后再向跨中方向纵向顶推,从而达到转体后能快速将两侧钢桁梁连接成整体的目的。介绍了钢桁梁的偏位安装、防护小车的安装和连接、双转体和钢桁梁纵移施工等关键技术。钢桁梁偏位安装纵移合龙施工技术在不影响既有铁路运营的前提下,实现精准、安全、快速的施工,对今后国内类似上跨铁路双转体钢桁梁桥的施工提供了指导和借鉴。Usually,the closure of steel truss bridges requires short section main truss members to be reserved at the interface to achieve the connection between the two sides of the beam.Due to the large number of members and the difficulty of protection,it is not suitable for construction above railway.During the double rotation construction of the steel truss beam of the existing railway overpass on Guangming Road in Langfang City,all two steel truss beam members were installed to reduce the number of closed member connections.In order to avoid collision during the rotation process,one of the steel truss beams was moved 30 cm towards the side span by using pre-deflection of the support.After the rotation was completed,the main truss members were longitudinally pushed towards the mid span direction to connect the two steel truss beams as a whole,so as to achieve the goal of quickly connecting the two sides of the steel truss beams into a whole after the rotation.Such technology as deviation installation of steel truss beams,installation and connection of protective trolley,double rotation and longitudinal movement construction of steel truss beams was introduced.The construction technology of steel truss beam deviation installation and longitudinal movement closure achieves precise,safe,and rapid construction without affecting the existing railways,providing guidance and reference for the construction of similar double rotating steel truss beam bridges across railways in China in the future.
