理论“失效”了吗?——对当代西方文论认识误区的辨析和思考

摘　　要：当代西方文论传入中国后,为外国文学学科注入了清新的源头活水,同时也带来诸多问题和困扰。由于研究实践中的“理论”乱象丛生,弊端迭出,学界对当代西方文论的质疑与批判声此起彼伏,如抨击理论脱离实践,指责理论解读文本无效,批评理论流于空谈,且只热衷于概念演绎等。本文针对近年来对当代西方文论的一些认识误区进行辨析和思考,聚焦理论与实践的关系、理论在文本阐释中的有效性,以及20世纪西方文论的实践价值论等问题,尝试提出一些不同看法和意见。The introduction of Contemporary Literary Theory to China has injected fresh perspectives into the discipline of foreign literature studies,but it has also brought forth numerous problems and disturbances.Due to the proliferation of theoretical confusion and shortcomings in research practices,there has been a continuous wave of questioning and criticism within the academic community regarding Contemporary Literary Theory.Some of the criticisms include the accusation that theory has become detached from practice,the inability of theories in textual interpretations,and the critique that theory remains in the realm of empty rhetoric,solely keen on conceptual deductions.This article aims to analyze and reflect upon some of the misconceptions about Contemporary Literary Theory in recent years,with a focus on the misunderstood issues of the relationship between theory and practice,the validity of theory in textual interpretation,and the practical values of 20th-century Western literary theory.It also attempts to present alternative perspectives and opinions.
