摘　　要：手术切除和放疗常规用于早中期Merkel细胞癌的治疗。近年来,针对晚期Merkel细胞癌,基于其免疫原性特征的免疫治疗已被证明有效。本文主要综述Merkel细胞癌的治疗进展,为其合理诊治提供参考。Surgical resection and radiotherapy have been frequently applied to the treatment of early-and intermediate-stage Merkel cell carcinoma.In recent years,immunotherapy based on immunogenic characteristics of Merkel cell carcinoma has been proved to be effective in the treatment of advanced Merkel cell carcinoma.This review focuses on advances in the treatment of Merkel cell carcinoma,and provides a reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
