薄木仿美式家具着色做旧表面效果分析

摘　　要：以薄木贴面仿美式家具着色做旧涂饰的表面效果为主要研究对象,采用正交试验法,分析基材着色遍数、格丽斯着色遍数、擦色次数以及底漆修整目数4种因素对试件表面ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*的影响,得到薄木仿美式着色做旧涂饰以一遍基材着色,一遍格丽斯着色,两次擦色,600#修整的工艺流程可获得较好的表面材色效果。研究做旧涂饰对试件表面材色、横顺纹光泽度以及底色和纹理灰度变化的影响,得出结论:着色做旧涂饰可降低试件表面明度,使其趋向于红色、黄色,但在基材着色与格丽斯着色总遍数≥3时,不擦色会使其趋向于蓝色;提高横顺纹光泽度;均匀加深纹理与底色。薄木仿美式做旧涂饰在家具贴面中有广阔的应用前景,可为拓宽家具表面装饰应用范围提供理论依据。Taking the surface effect of coloring and aging decoration of American-style replica furniture laminated with veneer as the main research object,the orthogonal experimental method was used to analyze the influence of four factors:the number of base coloring,the number of glaze coloring,the number of rubbing times,and the number of primer finishing on the surfaceΔL*,Δa*,andΔb*of the specimens.It is found that the process of coloring and aging decoration of American-style replica furniture with 1 base coloring,1 glaze coloring,2 rubbing times,and 600#finishing can achieve a good surface color effect.The study investigated the effects of aging decoration on the surface color,glossiness of cross-grain,and changes in base color and texture grayness of the specimen surface.The conclusion is the coloring and aging decoration can reduce the brightness of the specimen surface,making it tend towards red and yellow,but when the total number of base coloring and glaze coloring is≥3,not rubbing will make it tend towards blue;it also enhances the glossiness of the cross-grain and uniformly deepens the texture and base color.The application of aging decoration of American-style replica furniture laminated with veneer has broad prospects in furniture surface decoration,providing a theoretical basis for expanding the application range of furniture surface decoration.
