潮湿环境厨柜家具设计路径研究

摘　　要：随着经济的快速增长、生活品质的提高和居住环境的改善,集烹饪、洗涤、储藏为一体的整体厨柜家具日益受到关注。但整体厨柜目前多采用木制板材作为结构主体,针对潮湿环境厨房用户关注不足,相关研究及市场适应设计较少。旨在通过用户访谈系统调研潮湿环境用户的行为和使用痛点,梳理分析潮湿环境用户对于厨柜产品的问题及需求;通过Kano模型对潮湿环境用户需求进行排序,根据需求优先级构建用户需求模型;最后,提出材料耐潮湿、部件易更换、产品易清洁等潮湿环境厨柜家具设计原则。Research on the Design Path of Kitchen Cabinet Furniture in Humid EnvironmentXIA Liangqi;WANG Hua;College of Furnishings and Industrial Design,Nanjing Forestry University;With the rapid growth of economy,improvement in living standards,and enhancement of residential environment,integrated kitchen cabinet furniture that combines cooking,washing and storage is receiving increasing attention.However,current integrated kitchen cabinets mostly use wood based panels as the main structure,lacking attention to users in humid kitchen environments,with limited research and market-adapted designs.The aim of the research is to investigate the behavior and pain points of users in humid environments and analyze the problems and needs of users in humid environments regarding kitchen cabinet products through user interviews and behavior research system;secondly,prioritize the needs of users in humid environments using the Kano model,and build a user demand model based on priority;finally,propose design principles for humid environment kitchen furniture such as moisture-resistant materials,easily replaceable components,and easy-to-clean products.
