摘 要:为调查研究床垫制造行业目前人机工作效率问题,对南京某床垫公司J进行实证调研,采用人机作业分析方法对床垫生产中的绗缝作业进行分析研究,运用5W1H提问技术对于绗缝机工人进行提问分析,以此对目前绗缝机的工作流程进行优化改进;在改进时遵循“ECRS”原则,对作业中的下料工序进行合并与重排,作业周期时间从1091 s缩短至994 s。研究表明,通过人机作业分析与改进,能够有效提高绗缝作业效率。In order to investigate the current human-machine work efficiency in the mattress manufacturing industry,an empirical research was conducted on company J,a mattress company in Nanjing.The method of human-machine operation analysis was adopted to analyze and study the quilting operation in mattress production.The 5W1H questioning technique was applied to analyze the quilting machine operators,aiming to optimize and improve the workflow of quilting machine.Following the“ECRS”principle during the improvement process,the blanking process in the operation was merged and rearranged,reducing the operation cycle time from 1091 seconds to 994 seconds.The research showed that through human-machine operation analysis and improvement,the efficiency of the quilting operation can be effectively enhanced.
