大湾区泛家居产业人才需求的专业工作室建设——以椇橼工作室为例

摘　　要：根据粤港澳大湾区家居产业发展对人才的需求,同时为了促进家居行业的发展,以产学研合作育人平台华南农业大学椇橼工作室的建设实践为例,从导师配置、成员结构与选拔、组织架构、培养目标、培养计划等方面展开方法陈述和论述。全方位多层面地对椇橼工作室进行展示,得出了椇橼工作室具有多方面的实践经验及众多成果。椇橼工作室始终把顺应时代发展贴近产业需求作为成员培养的第一要务,力求为家居产业培养一批专业型、实干型优秀人才,从而能为更多以服务产业发展需求为导向的专业工作室建设提供参考,同时能为培养人才的平台建设提供新思路。In response to the talents demand in the home furnishing industry development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area,and to promote the development of the home furnishing industry,taking the construction practice of the Juyuan Studio at South China Agricultural University as an industry-academia-research collaboration platform for talent cultivation,the methodology was elaborated from the aspects of mentor allocation,member structure and selection,organizational structure,training objectives,and training plans.A comprehensive and multi-faceted display of Juyuan Studio revealed that the Juyuan Studio has diverse practical experience and numerous achievements.The Juyuan studio always regards adapting to the development of the times and being close to industry needs as the top priority in member training,striving to cultivate a group of professional and practical outstanding talents for the home furnishing industry,which will provide a reference for the establishment of more professional studios oriented towards serving the needs of industrial development,and at the same time,provide new ideas for the platform construction for talent cultivation.
