摘  要:目前既有建筑涉及功能改变的情况较多,既有建筑涉及功能改变后,会带来一系列的检测鉴定和加固设计的问题。本文以某既有钢筋混凝土框架商务办公酒店楼改造为医院门诊楼为具体实例,针对典型的丙类建筑改乙类建筑的情况,结合消能减震技术,论述了两种最适合工程应用的消能减震加固方案:增设屈曲约束支撑加固方案和增设钢筋混凝土剪力墙+黏滞阻尼器加固方案。结合实际工程,针对两种方案从抗震性能、加固工程量及经济性、施工可行性等方面进行了详细的对比论述。对行业内比较棘手的丙类建筑改造为乙类建筑时,如何解决抗震构造措施普遍不足的问题,本文通过消能减震加固技术对该问题进行了详细的论述,通过实际工程方案对比,给出了较理想的解决方案,可供类似工程参考借鉴。At present,many existing buildings involve function change,which will bring a series of reinforcement problems.Taking an existing reinforced concrete frame office building transformed into a hospital outpatient building as an example,aiming at the category C buildings transformed into the category B buildings,combined with energy dissipation technology,in this paper,two retrofit schemes of energy dissipation and seismic reduction,including buckling⁃restrained brace and RC shear wall with viscous damper are discussed.Combined with the actual project,the two schemes are discussed in detail from the seismic performance,reinforcement works and economic,construction feasibility and so on.In view of how to solve the problem of insufficient anti⁃seismic structural measures when the category C building is transformed into category B building,this paper discusses the problem in detail through energy dissipation and seismic mitigation strengthening technology,through the comparison of the actual projects,the ideal solutions are given,which can be used for similar projects.
