基于Openpose-CenterNet的不停电作业人员安全防护用具穿戴智能检测研究

摘　　要：在配网不停电作业现场,利用监控视频进行作业风险管控已经得到越来越多的应用,但目前的检测主要是针对安全帽,且对背景复杂、目标部分遮挡等情况下的检测较为困难。为此,提出一种基于Openpose-CenterNet的绝缘护具检测模型。首先,利用Openpose网络对图像中的作业人员进行检测,确定作业人员的骨骼关键点;其次,利用关键点信息确定安全帽、绝缘手套、绝缘披肩及绝缘服的检测范围,再利用CenterNet网络在检测范围内进行目标检测。将该模型在绝缘防护用具图片数据集上进行训练,得到测试集的检测精度接近90%,比YOLO(you only look once)v5、CenterNet等模型提高约5%。最后将该模型封装在硬件端进行硬件现场测试,测试结果表明,在不同姿态、人数、角度的情况下,该模型均能较好地完成绝缘安全防护用具的识别,同时能标注不符合安全作业规范要求的作业人员。In the field of overhaul without power interruption of distribution network,the use of surveillance videos for operational risk control has been increasingly applied.However,current detection methods mainly focus on safety helmets,and face difficulties in detecting under complex back-grounds and partial occlusion of targets.Therefore,a detection model for insulating protective equipment is proposed based on Openpose and CenterNet.Firstly,the Openpose network is used to detect the workers in the image and determine the skeletal key points of the workers.Secondly,the key point information is utilized to determine the detection ranges of the safety helmets,insulating gloves,insulating shawls,and insulating clothing,and the CenterNet network is used to perform object detection within the detection ranges.The picture dataset of insulation protective equipment is used to train the proposed model,achieving a detection accuracy of approximately 90%on the test set,which is about 5%higher than that of YOLOv5,CenterNet,and other models.Finally,the model is further encapsulated in the hardware side for on-site hardware testing.The results demonstrate that the insulation safety protective equipment can be well identified under different postures,different number of workers,and different angles,and the operators who do not meet the requirements of the safety operation code can be marked.
