应用文献计量学分析眼内异物的研究现状和趋势(2013-2023)

摘　　要：目的应用文献计量学方法分析近10年国内外眼内异物的研究现状、热点及未来趋势。方法检索2013年1月至2023年12月读秀、中国知网(CNKI)等中文数据库和Springer Link、Web of Science(WOS)等英文数据库中眼内异物相关研究的图书及文献,运用VOSviewer、CiteSpace软件进行关键词等信息的文献计量学及可视化分析。结果《张效房眼外伤学》是17部中英文图书中对眼内异物论述最为系统和详尽的著作。眼内异物相关研究的中英文文献共799篇,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势。《中华眼外伤职业眼病杂志》和BMC Ophthalmology杂志分别是收录该领域文献最多的中英文期刊;中英文文献发文量最多的研究机构分别是中国郑州大学第一附属医院和美国罗格斯新泽西医学院;美国是英文文献发文最多的国家,中国位居第二。中英文文献的高频关键词包括眼内异物的处理措施、眼内炎、视力、预后因素和流行病学特征。中文热点从眼内异物的定位诊断、临床特点、手术、并发症等移向了疾病负担、流行病学特征、微创切口等;英文热点从玻璃体切除术、临床特点、眼外伤评分、急诊医学等移向了视力预后、大数据、儿童眼病、传递系统(药物)等。中英文文献突现强度最大的突现词分别是影响因素和个案报道。结论眼内异物研究稳步发展,近10年国内外研究主要围绕流行病学特征、治疗与预后等主题,未来研究热点趋向于眼内异物诊疗新技术、大数据、复杂病例的研究。ObjectiveTo discuss the research situation,hot topics and future trends in intraocular foreign bodies(IOFBs)over the last decade based on bibliometrics.MethodsThe Chinese and English books and literature on IOFBs published from 2013 to 2023 were collected by using Duxiu Knowledge Base,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Springer Link and Web of Science(WOS)core collection database and so on.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to visualize network analysis of journals,authors,institutions,countries,and keywords.ResultsThe book《Zhang Xiaofang Ocular Traumatology》contains the most systematic and detailed content of IOFBs among 17 books in Chinese and English.A total of 799 articles in Chinese and English were published on the study of IOFBs,and the annual volume of publications in both Chinese and English increased.The journals with the most publications in this field in Chinese and English respectively were Chinese Journal of Ocular Trauma and Occupational Eye Disease and BMC Ophthalmology.The research institutions with the most publications in both Chinese and English were the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in China and Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in the United States.The United States was the country with the highest number of publications in English,with China coming in secondly.The high-frequency keywords both in Chinese and English literature included the management,endophthalmitis,visual acuity,prognostic factors,and epidemiology of IOFBs.The research hot-spots in Chinese literature had shifted from the localization diagnosis,clinical characteristics,surgery,and complications of IOFBs to the burden of disease,epidemiological characteristics,and minimally invasive incision.The research hot-spots in English literature had shifted from vitrectomy,clinical characteristics,ocular trauma score,emergency to visual prognosis,big data,pediatric ophthalmology and medicine delivery system."Influencing factors"and"Case report"were the burst words with the strongest burst values in the
