以传统孝善文化推动乡村文化振兴

摘　　要：良好的家教家风和乡风民情是乡村振兴的内在要求,传统孝善文化能在乡村振兴和以孝治村方面发挥积极作用。然而,工业化、城市化和现代化的发展消解了传统乡村孝善文化,青壮年脱离农村,血缘亲情关系变得陌生与冷漠,老人在家庭中的地位被边缘化,丧失了话语权和主导权。隔代溺爱导致轻老重幼,孝善观念淡化,子女对父母尽孝变得功利化和理性化。在推进乡村振兴过程中,要通过社会福利制度和孝道监督,增加孝道收益和不孝行为成本,把孝善文化融入现代乡村生活,引导村民自觉践行孝道,积极主动孝老爱亲,积极传承乡村孝善文化,推进易风易俗建设,培养乡村文明,用优良家风提升家庭文化和社会道德水平。Good family education and local customs are inherent requirements for the revitalization of rural culture,and filial piety culture can play a positive role in the revitalization of rural culture and the governance of the village with filial piety.However,the development of industrialization,urbanization,and modernization has dissolved the traditional rural filial piety culture.Young and middle-aged people have separated from the countryside,their blood relationships have become unfamiliar and indifferent,and the status of the elderly in the family has been marginalized,losing their voice and leadership.Intergenerational indulgence leads to a preference for the elderly over the young,a weakening of the concept of filial piety,and a utilitarian and rational approach for children to be filial to their parents.In the process of promoting rural revitalization,it is necessary to increase the benefits of filial piety and the cost of unfilial behavior through the social welfare system and filial piety supervision,integrate filial piety culture into modern rural life,guide villagers to consciously practice filial piety,actively take the initiative to show filial piety to the elderly and love their families,actively inherit rural filial piety culture,promote the construction of easy customs and traditions,cultivate rural civilization,and improve family culture and social moral level with excellent family customs.
