摘  要:传统的钛合金铣削温度参数PID控制方法无法实时反馈钛合金铣削过程中的温度变化情况,影响实际的铣削温度控制,降低钛合金铣削加工精度。对此,设计一种TC4钛合金铣削温度参数自适应控制方法,在铣削过程中建立TC4钛合金温度热模型,分析钛合金热产生区域,计算TC4钛合金不同变形区产生的能量,得到TC4钛合金铣削速度与温度之间的变化模型。基于热焓修正复合神经网络,在自适应温度控制中赋值系统参数以减少控制振动,得到铣削温度参数自适应控制框图,制定自适应模糊逼近调节规则对照表,完成TC4钛合金铣削温度参数自适应控制方法的研究。结果表明,与传统控制方法相比,设计的方法抗干扰能力更好,响应速度较快,跟随误差更小,即鲁棒性更强。The traditional PID control method for temperature parameters in titanium alloy milling cannot grasp the temperature changes during the milling process in real time,which affects the actual milling temperature control and reduces the milling accuracy of titanium alloy.Taking TC4 titanium alloy as the research object,a TC4 titanium alloy milling temperature parameter adaptive control method is designed.A temperature thermal model for TC4 titanium alloy during milling process is established,the schematic diagram of the heat generation area of titanium alloy during milling process is analyzed,the energy generated by different TC4 titanium alloy deformation zones during milling process is calculated,and the variation model between TC4 titanium alloy milling speed and temperature is obtained.Based on enthalpy correction composite neural network as an important part of adaptive temperature control,system parameters are assigned to reduce control vibration during the control process.The adaptive control block diagram of milling temperature parameters is obtained,and an adaptive fuzzy approximation adjustment rule comparison table is formulated to complete the research on the adaptive control method of TC4 titanium alloy milling temperature parameters.The performance test results show that compared with traditional control methods,the designed method has better anti-interference ability,faster response speed,smaller tracking error,and stronger robustness.
