摘　　要：单位财务管理落实系统思维,有利于统筹财务管理全局、优化资金的整体布局。通过做好年度财务预算、预算执行控制、预算执行的预警和灵活调配等服务工作,可以实现财务管理系统思维的综合运用。通过鉴别正常情况和特殊情况的资金状况,执行项目管理贯彻财务系统思维,对项目盈亏进行系统考量,能够增强落实政策执行的适应性。通过提供“增收节支”的业务参考,做好财务项目管理服务,实现项目管理盈亏的系统考量以及政策执行方面的全面考虑,最终实现通过财务的系统管理,促进单位事业的整体发展。Implementing systematic thinking in unit financial management is beneficial for overall financial management and optimizing the overall layout of funds.By doing a good job in annual financial budgeting,budget execution control,budget execution warning,and flexible allocation services,the comprehensive application of financial management system thinking can be achieved.By distinguishing between normal and special financial situations,implementing financial system thinking in project management,and systematically considering project profits and losses,we can enhance the adaptability of policy implementation.By providing business references for increasing revenue and reducing expenses,we can provide excellent financial project management services,achieve systematic consideration of project management profits and losses,as well as comprehensive consideration of policy implementation.Ultimately,through financial system management,we can promote the overall development of the unit's business.
