高职学生就业心理状态与对策研究——基于福州地区高职院校2024届毕业生的调查

摘　　要：2023年我国高校毕业生人数创新高,达到1 158万人,同比增加82万人,高校毕业生就业形势严峻复杂。2023年的校园内外与求职就业相关的数据,对处于求职就业预冲刺阶段的高职准毕业生即2024届高职毕业生带来就业心态上的影响。调查显示,2024届高职毕业生对就业形势的主观感受较为乐观;就业方式继续呈现多元化;“慢就业”现象持续上升,需关注并加以正向引导;父母好友、师长及专业心理咨询师是高职生求职就业准备过程中重要的积极社会人际资源。高职毕业生的高质量就业需要不断完善高校人才培养方案、优化专业设置,打通校政企纵横合作路径,并充分挖掘利用好“互联网+”时代下的各类大数据。In 2023,the number of college graduates in China reached a new high,reaching 11.58 million,an increase of 820000 compared to the same period last year.The employment situation for college graduates is severe and complex.The data related to job seeking and employment both on and off campus in 2023 has an impact on the employment mentality of vocational college graduates in the presprint stage of job seeking and employment,namely the 2024 vocational college graduates.The survey shows that 2024 vocational college graduates have a more optimistic subjective perception of the employment situation;the employment mode continues to show diversification;the phenomenon of“slow employment”continues to rise,requiring attention and positive guidance;parents,friends,teachers,and professional psychological counselors are important positive social and interpersonal resources for vocational college students in the process of job search and employment preparation.The high-quality employment of vocational college graduates needs to constantly improve the talent training program of colleges and universities,optimize the professional settings,open up the vertical and horizontal cooperation paths between schools,governments and enterprises,and fully tap and utilize all kinds of big data in the“Internet plus”era.
