摘 要:食品安全工作关系到人民群众的身体健康、生命安全以及群众对政府的信任和信心。围绕确保人民群众食品安全、维护消费者享用健康食品权利、保障消费者的合法权益,以社会效益为核心目标,通过拓展汉德公式的意义及应用,构建社会、生产企业与个人的效益关系模型,分析食品安全保护的最佳平衡问题,并结合大数据特点,对各类型食品安全侵权问题的赔偿进行量化分析,根据消费者的消费目的分析食品安全问题中企业的不同赔偿系数范围,以期对食品安全侵权赔偿提供有价值的考量依据。Food safety work is related to the physical health and safety of the people,as well as their trust and confidence in the government.Focusing on ensuring food safety for the people,safeguarding the right of consumers to enjoy healthy food,and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,with social benefits as the core goal,by expanding the significance and application of the Hande formula,constructing a model of the benefit relationship between society,production enterprises,and individuals,analyzing the optimal balance of food safety protection,and combining the characteristics of big data,quantifying the compensation for various types of food safety infringement problems,analyzing the different compensation coefficient ranges of enterprises in food safety problems based on consumer consumption purposes,in order to provide valuable consideration basis for food safety infringement compensation.
