精准化视域下理工科大学生学业表现对其就业影响的实证研究——以某高校本科生为例

摘　　要：抽取某高校同一年级6个理工科专业的95名学生,对其在校期间四年的学业表现定量化评价,以及基于学生毕业后半年就业情况精准化分析的追踪调查,通过数据的比较分析、Origin图像分析,探究大学生在校期间的学业表现对其未来就业的影响。认为:高校学生的在校学业表现与就业存在一定的关系,但并不是绝对关系;学生就业薪资高低受综合因素的影响。建议:激发学生的内生动力;帮助学生找准个人定位,做好家校沟通;帮助学生提前树立职业生涯发展规划理念。95 students from 6 science and engineering majors in the same grade of a university were selected to conduct a quantitative evaluation of their academic performance during the four years of schooling.A follow-up survey was conducted based on the accurate analysis of their employment situation in the six months after the graduation.Through comparative analysis of data and Origin image analysis,the influence of college students’academic performance during school on their future employment was explored.It is concluded that there is a certain relationship between college students’academic performance and employment,but it is not an absolute relationship.The employment salary of students is affected by comprehensive factors.Suggestions are:stimulating students’endogenous motivation,helping them find personal positioning and make good communication between home and school,and helping students establish career development planning concept in advance.
