摘　　要：红色资源具有重要的立德树人教育价值。探索高校图书馆红色资源服务现状对于传承红色基因、助推高校落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。文章分析了立德树人视角下红色资源的育人价值,梳理和总结了聊城大学图书馆“存量+增量”的红色资源建设模式和“展”“播”“读”“诵”“讲”五位一体的红色阅读推广模式,提出了3个方面的优化措施,即加强红色资源服务顶层设计,健全红色资源服务工作机制;设立专项经费,强化特色红色文献资源建设;注重反馈,建立科学有效的红色资源服务评价体系。以期助推高校图书馆红色资源育人服务的高质量发展。Red resources play an important role in fostering virtue through education.Exploring the status quo of red resources service in university libraries will be of great significance to the inheritance of red genes and the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in universities.The article analyses the nurturing value of red resources under the perspective of fostering virtue through education,sorts out and summarizes the library of Liaocheng University's"stock+incremental"red resource construction model and the"exhibition""broadcast""reading""chanting""speaking"five-in-one red reading promotion model and puts forward three optimization measures to boost the high-quality development of the red resources educating service in university libraries:strengthening the top-level design and improving the working mechanism of red resources service;setting up special funds to strengthen the construction of characteristic red literature resources;and focusing on feedback and establishing a scientific and effective evaluation system of red resources service.
