高质量发展视域下职业教育形象提升路径

摘　　要：职业教育形象是人们对职业教育的主观感受和综合评价。提升职业教育形象,是高质量发展视域下打造职业教育新形象的必然要求,是推进职业教育高质量发展的关键举措,是提高职业教育吸引力的内在要求。政府部门层面可从提高职业教育办学层次、加强职业教育形象新内涵挖掘和建设、以技能型社会建设为导向加强职业教育形象宣传等为突破口,不断破除职业教育发展难题,为职业教育形象提升营造良好的发展环境;职业院校层面要大力培养高素质技术技能人才、大国工匠和能工巧匠,为职业教育形象提升夯实人才基础,同时,加强自身职业教育形象宣传和互动,彰显自身独特优势;教师层面要不断增强职业教育形象认知和宣传,夯实职业教育形象提升的能力基础。The enhancement of the vocational education image represents a positive transformation in public cognition and evaluation of vocational education.It is not only an essential choice to respond to the"new vocational education"concept and to shape a fresh image for vocational education,but also a crucial means to promote high-quality development in vocational education and a key element to strengthen its attractiveness.The paper proposes three strategies for enhancing the image of vocational education from the perspective of high-quality development:First,at the government level,efforts should be concentrated on elevating the educational standards of vocational education,deeply exploring and constructing new connotations of the vocational education image,leading with the development of a skilled society,and increasing the promotional efforts for the vocational education image,thereby addressing the bottleneck issues in the development of vocational education and creating favorable conditions for its image enhancement.Second,at the level of vocational colleges and schools,these institutions should focus on nurturing high-quality technical and skilled talents,master craftsmen,and skilled workers,laying a solid foundation of talent for the enhancement of the vocational education image,while actively promoting their unique characteristics,strengthening interactions with the public,and highlighting distinctive advantages.Third,at the teacher level,teachers need to continuously increase their understanding and promotional efforts for the vocational education image,providing a robust capability support for the enhancement of the vocational education image.
