摘  要:通过分析国内外农业发展现状与趋势,明确了我国现代生态农业是常规农业现代化的一个新阶段,是现代农业的发展方向。发展现代生态农业是一条保持农业可持续发展,实现经济、社会和生态三大效益和谐同步发展的必由之路。产教融合为现代生态农业应用型人才培养搭建了有效平台。该文探讨了深化产教融合的策略,包括人才定向培养、共建研发平台、建立利益共同体和构建“双师型”师资队伍,旨在通过校企合作实现资源共享、技术交流和人才培养的双赢局面。这些模式的实施预期将促进区域现代生态农业的快速发展,为农业的可持续发展提供坚实的人才和技术支撑。By analyzing the current situation and trend of agricultural development at home and abroad,it is made clear that China’s modern ecological agriculture is a new stage in the modernization of conventional agriculture and is the direction of development of modern agriculture.The development of modern eco-agriculture is a necessary road to maintain the sustainable development of agriculture and realize the harmonious and synchronous development of the three major benefits of economy,society and ecology.The integration of industry and education has built an effective platform for the cultivation of modern eco-agriculture applied talents.This paper discussed the strategies for deepening the integration of industry and education,including the targeted training of talents,the joint construction of research and development platforms,the establishment of a community of interest and the construction of a"dual-teacher"faculty,aiming to realize the win-win situation of resource sharing,technology exchange and talent training through school-enterprise cooperation.The implementation of these modes was expected to promote the rapid development of modern ecological agriculture in the region and provide solid talent and technical support for the sustainable development of agriculture.
