摘 要:火电企业面临煤价高企带来的成本增加与新能源竞争带来的营收下降双重困境,开展技术改造提高深度调峰性能、丰富业务类型是火电厂未来生存与发展的关键。利用氢储能装置搭配调峰火电机组,构建低成本制氢与高效用氢产业链,在建立电化学反应模型的基础上,利用Aspen模拟了工艺流程,计算得到氢火耦合系统能效达到50.15%,较常规电解水制氢调峰方案提高超过10%。研究结果表明,氢电双联供的火电机组能够为火电企业带来显著的经济效益。Thermal power enterprises are facing a dual dilemma of increased costs caused by high coal prices and decreased revenue due to competition in new energy.Carrying out technological transformation to improve deep peak shaving performance and enrich business types is the key to the future survival and development of thermal power plants.By using hydrogen energy storage devices combined with peak shaving thermal power units,a low-cost hydrogen production and efficient hydrogen consumption industry chain is constructed.Based on the establishment of an electrochemical reaction model,the process flow is simulated using Aspen,and the energy efficiency of the hydrogen fire coupling system is calculated to reach 50.15%,which is more than 10%higher than the conventional electrolytic water hydrogen production peak shaving scheme.The research results indicate that hydrogen electric dual supply thermal power units can bring significant economic benefits to thermal power enterprises.
