摘　　要：乡村遗产资源即乡村范围内一切遗产资源的总称。在新的形势下,乡村遗产资源的保护与传承开发利用问题已上升到国家战略地位,许多专家学者都关注并研究这一领域的相关问题。该文在笔者多年考察全国各地乡村的基础上作了一些研究,概要性地提出了一些观点思路,主要包括:我国乡村遗产资源种类繁多,具有民间性、传承性与实用性等特点;乡村遗产资源现状不容乐观,其保护要着重理清乡村遗产资源数量及品级,按品级层次做好科学理性的保护、普及性的宣传、法制体系的建设等;从创新传承与开发模式、融入乡村振兴与生产实践、激发乡村社会文化活动、鼓励全民参与、尊重史实并彰显地方文化特色等方面做好切实有效的传承开发利用。Rural heritage resources refer to the collective term for all heritage resources within the rural area.In the new situation,the protection,inheritance,development and utilization of rural heritage resources have risen to a national strategic position.Many experts and scholars have paid attention to and studied related issues in this field.Based on the author's years of investigation of rural areas across the country,this article has conducted some research and summarized some viewpoints and ideas,mainly including:there are a wide variety of rural heritage resources in China,which have characteristics such as folk,inheritance,and practicality;the current situation of rural heritage resources is not optimistic.Its protection should focus on clarifying the quantity and grade of rural heritage resources,scientifically and rationally protecting them according to the grade level,promoting publicity,and building a legal system.By innovating inheritance and development models and integrating them into rural revitalization and production practices,we can stimulate rural social and cultural activities,encourage the participation of the whole population,respect historical facts,and demonstrate local cultural characteristics to achieve practical and effective inheritance,development,and utilization.
