发展障碍儿童母亲养育压力对养育倦怠影响的质性研究

摘　　要：采取访谈法考察7名发展障碍儿童母亲养育压力对养育倦怠影响。结果显示,发展障碍儿童母亲养育压力源于经济压力、人际关系、抚养责任和精神负担;长期暴露在高水平养育压力下,发展障碍儿童母亲会产生养育倦怠风险,从而表现出心态崩塌、迷茫无助、疲惫不堪、内心自责和内心冲突的负性症状;良好的经济状况、家人支持、个人品质和自我疏导有利于缓解养育压力对发展障碍儿童母亲养育倦怠的影响。Because of the particularity of children with developmental disorders,their parents are faced with heavy parenting pressure and easily fall into the risk of parenting burnout.How to prevent and alleviate the impact of parenting stress on parenting burnout for parents of children with developmental disorders needs more attention and research.The influence of maternal parenting stress on parenting burnout for mothers of 7 children with developmental disorders was investigated by interview in this paper.The results show that the parenting pressure is caused by economic pressure,interpersonal relationship,parenting responsibility and spiritual burden;after long-term exposure to high-level parenting stress,mothers of developmentally disabled children have the risk of parenting burnout,which shows the negative symptoms of psychological collapse,confusion and helplessness,exhaustion,inner self-blame and inner conflict;economic status,family support,personal quality and self-guidance can alleviate the impact of parenting stress on parenting burnout for mothers of children with developmental disorders.
