摘 要:氢能在区域综合能源系统中(regional integrated energy system, RIES)优化运行经济性较低,氢燃料电池汽车(hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, HFCV)的灵活储能特性能够有效解决该问题。为此,提出一种基于动态氢定价机制引导的RIES与HFCV双层交互策略。首先,提出由风光发电功率、系统设备供电功率以及电网购电功率共同决定的动态氢定价机制,引导HFCV进行有序充放氢,并建立HFCV充放氢特性模型;其次,构建RIES与HFCV的双层优化模型,研究该定价机制对上下层运行成本的影响,并用CPLEX求解器对双层模型进行求解;最后,算例分析结果验证该动态定价机制与优化策略能有效降低上下层的运行成本,有利于系统稳定经济运行。The optimal operation economy of hydrogen energy in regional integrated energy systems(RIES)is relatively low,and the flexible energy storage characteristics of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles(HFCV)can effectively solve this problem.Therefore,a double-layer interaction strategy between RIES and HFCV guided by dynamic hydrogen pricing mechanism is proposed.Firstly,it proposes a dynamic hydrogen pricing mechanism,which is jointly determined by the power of wind and solar power generation,system equipment power supply and power grid purchase power.It guides HFCV to conduct orderly hydrogen charging and discharging,and establishes a HFCV hydrogen charging and discharging characteristic model.Secondly,a double-layer optimization model for RIES and HFCV is constructed to research the influence of this pricing mechanism on the operating costs of the upper and lower layers,and the CPLEX solver is used to solve the double-layer model.Finally,the results are verified by example analysis that the dynamic pricing mechanism and optimization strategy can reduce the operating costs of the upper and lower levels,which is beneficial for the stable and economic operation of the system.
