摘　　要：目的:了解儿科护士对住院患儿进行疼痛评估的影响因素,为改善儿科疼痛管理提供参考依据。方法:基于理论域框架制定访谈提纲,采用描述性质性研究,目的性选取儿科护士15人进行半结构式深入访谈,应用主题分析法进行资料分析,充分熟悉资料后,进行初步编码、寻找主题、复查主题、定义和命名主题,最终形成报告,其间不断回顾,修改和完善编码和主题。结果:共提炼出个体的知识与技能、临床情境下的实践过程、工作价值和意义感知3个主题及其所附属的10个亚主题。结论:儿科护士在疼痛评估过程中受到多种因素的影响,建议定期培训,将理论与实践融合,强化团队沟通协作,增强整体认知,在规范行为的同时以循证依据为实践助力,促使患儿疼痛得到更有效管理。Objective:The purpose of this qualitative study was to investigate the factors that influence pain assessment of pediatric nurses for hospitalized children.Methods:In this qualitative descriptive study,purposive sampling method was used to select a total of 15 pediatric nurses to conduct a semi-structured,face-to-face,in-depth interviews.The interview guide drew upon 14 domains from the Theoretical Domains Framework.Thematic analysis was used to analyze the qualitative data.After familiarizing with the data,the next steps were to generate initial codes,search for themes,review themes,define and name themes,and finally produce reports.During this process,ongoing review,modification and refinement were required for codes and themes.Results:Three themes(individual knowledge and skills,the practice process in clinical contexts,and perceptions of the meaning and value of work)and ten sub-themes were identified.Conclusion:Multiple factors impact pediatric nurses during the pain assessment process.To promote the effectiveness of children's pain management,essential measures include regular training,integration of theories and practices,fostering teamwork and communication,and overall enhancement of awareness.Furthermore,it is imperative to empower evidence-based practice while standardizing behavior.
