摘　　要：In Volume 13,Issue 1,of the Journal of Sport and Health Science,Herold et al.1 present a systematic review and classification of digital and home-based physical training interventions aiming to support healthy cognitive aging.Three interventions were reviewed:digital databases(i.e.,YouTube videos and apps),online classes,and technology-based exercise devices(e.g.,exergames).
