总住院医师培训管理对塑造高质量医师的作用

摘　　要：总住院医师管理作为医院管理的重要组成部分,直接关系到医院医疗的质量、安全和效率。随着医院的高速发展及医疗体系的不断完善和变革,总住院医师管理也面临着新的机遇和挑战。因此,近几年医院通过深入改革总住院医师管理,加强医院安全质量及青年医师人才培养。该研究对医院近几年开展总住院医师培训管理的特点、现阶段总住院医师培养的成效、存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的策略。As an important component of hospital management,the management of chief resident physicians is directly related to the medical quality,safety,and efficiency of hospitals.With the rapid development of hospitals and the continuous improvement and transformation of the medical system,the management of chief resident physicians is also facing new opportunities and challenges.Therefore,in recent years,the in-depth reform of the management of chief residents has been carried out in hospitals,which plays an important role in strengthening the safety and quality of hospitals and training young doctors.In this article,with the analysis of the characteristics of hospital's training and management of chief resident physicians in recent years,the current effectiveness of chief resident physician training,and the existing problems,corresponding strategies were proposed.
