沙盘游戏联合应用行为分析疗法治疗孤独症谱系障碍患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察沙盘游戏联合应用行为分析疗法治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的效果。方法:选取2019年11月至2021年11月该院收治的82例ASD患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各41例。对照组采用应用行为分析疗法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合沙盘游戏治疗。比较两组治疗前后孤独症行为评定量表(ABC)评分、粗大动作发展测试(TGMD-2)评分和社交反应量表(SRS)评分。结果:治疗后,两组TGMD-2评分高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组ABC、SRS评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙盘游戏联合应用行为分析疗法治疗ASD患儿可提高TGMD-2评分,降低ABC、SRS评分,效果优于单纯应用行为分析疗法治疗。Objective:To observe effects of sandplay combined with applied behavior analysis therapy in treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 children with ASD admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with applied behavior analysis therapy,while the study group was treated with sandplay therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The autism behavior assessment scale(ABC) score,the test of gross motor development(TGMD-2) score,and the social response scale(SRS) score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total score of TGMD-2 in the two groups was higher than that before the treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the total scores of ABC and SRS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Sandplay combined with applied behavior analysis therapy can improve the TGMD-2scores and reduce the ABC and SRS scores in the children with ASD.Moreover,it is superior to single applied behavior analysis therapy.
