奥氮平治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析奥氮平治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月蒙城脑康医院收治的阿尔茨海默病患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各41例。对照组给予利培酮治疗,研究组给予奥氮平治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后1个月,两组阿尔茨海默病病理行为评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月,两组BEHAVE-AD评分低于治疗前及治疗后1个月,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:奥氮平治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果显著,能够改善患者行为功能,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of olanzapine in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.Methods:A total of 82 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to Mengcheng Brain Health Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the study group was treated with olanzapine.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 month after treatment,the scores of Behavioral Pathology in Alzheimer's Disease Rating Scale(BEHAVE-AD)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 2 months after treatment,the BEHAVE-AD scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment and at 1 month after treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:Olanzapine has a significant effect in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease,and can improve the behavioral function of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
