生长抑素联合雷贝拉唑治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析生长抑素联合雷贝拉唑治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年10月滨州市中心医院收治的肝硬化上消化道出血患者76例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以生长抑素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组止血总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。治疗后,两组血流动力学指标、凝血功能指标优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生长抑素联合雷贝拉唑治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的效果显著,可增强止血效果,改善血流动力学及凝血功能,且安全性高。Objective:To analyze the effect of somatostatin combined with rabeprazole in treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in liver cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 76 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in liver cirrhosis admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from August 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numbers table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,and the observation group was treated with somatostatin on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes and coagulation function indexes in the two groups were better than those before treatment,these indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Somatostatin combined with rabeprazole has significant effects in treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in liver cirrhosis,and can enhance hemostasis effect,and improve hemodynamics and coagulation function,with high safety.
