改良眼轮匝肌缩短术联合睑板内固定术治疗老年性下睑内翻的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析改良眼轮匝肌缩短术联合睑板内固定术治疗老年性下睑内翻的临床效果。方法:选择2022年3月—2023年3月在中山市三乡医院接受治疗的60例老年性下睑内翻患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组开展眼睑皮肤眼轮匝肌切除术治疗,观察组开展改良眼轮匝肌缩短术联合睑板内固定术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、满意度、眼周皮肤瘢痕及术后并发症发生率。结果:术后7 d,两组临床疗效及满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组眼周皮肤瘢痕发生率及术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年性下睑内翻的治疗中应用改良眼轮匝肌缩短术联合睑板内固定术治疗有良好的效果,在提升满意度及治疗安全性方面有重要作用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified orbicularis oculi muscle shortening combined with internal tarsal fixation in the treatment of senile lower entropion.Method:A total of 60 patients with senile lower entropion treated in Zhongshan Sanxiang Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eyelid cutaneous orbicularis oculi muscle resection,and the observation group was treated with modified orbicularis oculi muscle shortening combined with internal tarsal fixation.The clinical efficacy,satisfaction,skin scar around eye and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:At 7 d after surgery,there were no significant differences in clinical efficacy and satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after surgery,there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05),but the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the incidence of periocular skin scar and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of senile lower entropion,the modified orbicularis oculi muscle shortening combined with internal tarsal fixation has a good effect and plays an important role in improving satisfaction and treatment safety.
