TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达水平及与临床病理特征、预后的关系

摘　　要：目的:分析转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、E盒结合锌指蛋白2(ZEB2)在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法:将2020年1月—2021年12月于南华大学附属第二医院妇科诊治的30例上皮性卵巢癌患者的组织石蜡标本纳入试验组,另将本院妇科同时期收集的30例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者的组织石蜡标本纳入对照组。采用SP免疫组化法检测两组TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2表达水平,比较其阳性表达率。分析不同年龄、病理类型、疾病分期、组织分化程度上皮性卵巢癌患者组织石蜡标本的TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达率。对试验组随访1年,分析其预后情况,比较生存患者与死亡患者组织石蜡标本的TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达率;运用logistic回归分析法,分析TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达与上皮性卵巢癌患者预后的相关性。结果:试验组TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、病理类型上皮性卵巢癌患者组织石蜡标本的TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同疾病分期、组织分化程度上皮性卵巢癌患者组织石蜡标本的TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年,试验组生存16例,死亡14例;试验组生存患者组织石蜡标本TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达率低于死亡患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic分析结果显示,TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达均是影响上皮性卵巢癌患者预后的危险因素。结论:TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2在上皮性卵巢癌组织中呈高表达水平,且其阳性表达率与疾病分期、组织分化程度之间存在明显的相关性;TGF-β_(1)、ZEB2阳性表达同时也是影响上皮性卵巢癌患者预后的独立危险因素。Objective:To analyze the expression of transforming growth factorβ_(1)(TGF-β_(1))and E-box binding zinc finger protein 2(ZEB2)in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue and their relationship with clinical pathological features and prognosis.Method:A total of 30 tissue paraffin specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer patients diagnosed and treated in the Gynecology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January 2020 to December 2021 were included in the experimental group,and 30 tissue paraffin specimens of benign ovarian epithelial tumors patients collected in the Gynecology Department of our hospital during the same period were included in the control group.The expression levels of TGF-β_(1) and ZEB2 in the two groups were detected by SP immunohistochemistry,and the positive expression rates were compared.The positive expression rates of TGF-β_(1) and ZEB2 in tissue paraffin specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer patients with different ages,pathological types,disease stages and tissue differentiation were analyzed.The experimental group was followed up for 1 year,the prognosis was analyzed,and the positive expression rates of TGF-β_(1) and ZEB2 in tissue paraffin specimens of surviving patients and dead patients were compared.logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between positive expression of TGF-β_(1) and ZEB2 and prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Result:The positive expression rates of TGF-β_(1) and ZEB2 in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the positive expression rates of TGF-β_(1) and ZEB2 in tissue paraffin specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer patients of different ages and pathological types(P>0.05).The positive expression rates of TGF-β_(1) and ZEB2 in tissue paraffin specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer patients with different disease stages and tissue differentiation were compared,and the
