心可舒片联合度洛西汀对老年抑郁症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究心可舒片联合度洛西汀对老年抑郁症患者的影响。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月在山西医科大学附属汾阳医院接受治疗的86例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用度洛西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用心可舒片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、氧化应激[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]、神经递质[5-羟色胺(HT)、多巴胺(DA)]及血脂[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)]。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎症因子、氧化应激、神经递质及血脂比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、MDA水平低于治疗前,SOD、5-HT、DA水平高于治疗前,且观察组CRP、IL-6、MDA水平低于对照组,SOD、5-HT、DA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组TG、LDL-C水平高于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心可舒片联合度洛西汀能提高老年抑郁症患者的临床疗效,减轻炎症反应和氧化应激反应,调节神经递质水平,且对血脂水平影响较小。Objective:To explore the effect of Xinkeshu Tablets combined with Duloxetine on elderly patients with depression.Method:A total of 86 elderly patients with depression who received treatment in Affiliated Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Duloxetine,and the observation group was treated with Xinkeshu Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and oxidative stress[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],neurotransmitters[5-hydroxytryptamine(HT),dopamine(DA)]and blood lipids[high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglycerides(TG)]were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the inflammatory factors,oxidative stress,neurotransmitters and blood lipid levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and MDA in two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of SOD,5-HT and DA were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of SOD,5-HT and DA were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG and LDL-C in the control group were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinkeshu Tablets combined with Duloxetine can improve clinical efficacy of elderly patients with depression,reduce the inflammatory response and oxi
