化疗相关性恶心呕吐的中西医研究进展

摘　　要：随着肿瘤发病率的不断上升,肿瘤的治疗成为人们最关心的问题之一。化疗是癌症患者的主要治疗方法之一,但化疗在杀死肿瘤细胞的同时可能会引起毒性反应,如化疗所致恶心呕吐(CINV)。CINV是化疗常见的毒性反应,可能会损害各种早期和终末期恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量,影响治疗效果。从预防和治疗的角度解决这个问题非常重要,这样患者才能坚持治疗方案,保证化疗的连续性和有效性。现代医学对此主要是采用药物治疗,相应的受体拮抗剂已被证明在临床上行之有效,但也有其相关不良反应;中医在辨证的基础上对CINV进行治疗,为临床治疗CINV提供了另一个思路。本文对CINV的中西医治疗进展以综述的方式总结并讨论,希望对该病在临床诊治上有所帮助。With the increasing incidence of tumors,the treatment of tumors has become one of the most concerned issues for people.Chemotherapy is one of the main treatments for cancer patients,but chemotherapy may cause toxic reactions while killing tumor cells,such as chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV).CINV is a common toxic reaction of chemotherapy,which may damage the quality of life of patients with various early and end-stage malignant tumors and affect the therapeutic effect.It is very important to solve this problem from the perspective of prevention and treatment,so that patients can adhere to the treatment plan and ensure the continuity and effectiveness of chemotherapy.Modern medicine mainly uses drug therapy,and the corresponding receptor antagonists have been proved to be effective in clinical practice,but there are also related adverse reactions;traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CINV on the basis of syndrome differentiation provides another idea for clinical treatment of CINV.In this paper,the progress of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of CINV was summarized and discussed in a review,hoping to help the disease in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
