摘 要:目的 探讨人乳头瘤病毒16/18(HPV16/18)感染与乳腺癌患者Toll样受体4(TLR4)、信号转导因素和转录激活因子3(STAT3)、微小染色体维持蛋白7(MCM7)阳性率的关联.方法 回顾性收集2021年12月-2023年7月运城市中心医院临猗分院和山西医科大学第一医院盐湖分院收治的乳腺癌患者124例作为研究组,根据HPV16/18感染情况分为感染组(59例)和未感染组(65例),另选取同期医院收治的127例良性乳腺疾病切除病变周围正常乳腺组织患者作为对照组;分析HPV16/18感染与患者临床病理特征的关系;采用免疫组织化学法检测组织TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达情况;比较两组组织TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达情况;比较两组组织TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达情况;采用Spearman法分析HPV16/18感染与乳腺癌患者TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达的相关性.结果 乳腺癌患者中HPV16/18感染与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);研究组组织TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05);感染组组织TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达率均高于未感染组(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达与乳腺癌患者HPV16/18感染呈正相关(r=0.703,0.739,0.752,P均<0.05).结论 乳腺癌患者中HPV16/18感染与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移有关,且感染后TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达率升高,TLR4、STAT3、MCM7阳性表达与乳腺癌患者HPV16/18感染密切相关,且呈正相关.OBJECTIVE To investigate the association of human papilloma virus 16/18(HPV 16/18)infection with the positive rates of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),signal transduction factor and transcriptional activator 3(STAT3)and microchromosome maintenance protein 7(MCM7)in breast cancer patients.METHODS Totally 124 breast cancer patients admitted to Linyi Branch of Yuncheng Central Hospital and Salt Lake Branch of Shanxi Medical University First Hospital from Dec.2021 to Jul.2023 were retrospectively selected as the study group,and they were divided into the infected group(59 cases)and the uninfected group(65 cases)according to HPV 16/18 infection,and 127 patients with benign breast disease with the excision of the normal breast tissues around the lesions admitted in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The relationship between HPV 16/18 infection and clinicopathological features was analyzed,and the positive expressions of tissue TLR4,STAT3 and MCM7 were detected by immunohistochemistry.The positive expression of tissue TLR4,STAT3 and MCM7 in the study group and the control group were compared.The positive expressions of tissue TLR4,STAT3 and MCM7 in the infected and the uninfected groups were compared.Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between HPV 16/18 infection and positive expression of TLR4,STAT3 and MCM7 in breast cancer patients.RESULTS HPV 16/18 infection in breast cancer patients was associated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of tissue TLR4,STAT3 and MCM7 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<o.05).The positive expression rates of tissue TLR4,STAT3 and MCM7 in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the uninfected group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that positive expression of TLR4,STAT3 and MCM7 were positively correlated with HPV 16/18 infection in breast cancer patients(r=0.703,0.739,0.752,P<0.05).CONCLUSION HPV 16/18 infection in breas
