摘　　要：目的 分析慢性牙髓炎患者血清炎症递质水平与口腔健康相关生活质量的关系。方法 将116例慢性牙髓炎患者设为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者116名设为对照组。比较两组被试者血清炎症递质[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、P物质(SP)]水平与口腔健康影响程度量表中文版(OHIP-14)评分,采用Pearson相关系数评估慢性牙髓炎患者血清炎症递质水平与OHIP-14评分的相关性。结果 研究组患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、TNF-α、CRP、PGE2、SP水平,OHIP-14总分及各领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、TNF-α、CRP、PGE2、SP水平与OHIP-14总分均呈正相关(r=0.659、0.623、0.678、0.611、0.697、0.683、0.725、0.713,P<0.01)。结论 慢性牙髓炎患者血清炎症递质水平较高,明显影响患者生活质量与心身健康,临床实践中要给予适当干预。Objective To analyze the relationship of serum inflammatory mediators levels with oral health-related quality of life(OHRQL)in patients with chronic pulpitis.Methods A total of 116 patients with chronic pulpitis were set as research group and 116 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations as control group during the same period.The serum inflammatory mediators(interleukin-1β[IL-1β],interleukin-6[IL-6],interleukin-8[IL-8],interleukin-17[IL-17],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],C-reactive protein[CRP],prostaglandin E2[PGE2],substance-P[SP])levels and scores on the Chinese version of the Oral Health Impact Profile-14(OHIP-14)were compared between the two groups and the correlation between serum inflammatory mediators levels and OHIP-14 score was evaluated using Pearson correlation coefficient.Results The serum IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-17,TNF-α,CRP,PGE2,and SP level as well as total score and all dimensions scores of the OHIP-14 were higher in research than control group(P<0.01).The serum IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-17,TNF-α,CRP,PGE2 and SP level were positively correlated with the total score of the OHIP-14 in research group(r=0.659,0.623,0.678,0.611,0.697,0.683,0.725,and 0.713,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum inflammatory mediators levels are higher in patients with chronic pulpitis,which significantly affect patients'quality of life and psychosomatic health,and to them appropriate intervention should be given in clinical practice.
