青少年自杀态度量表编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的 编制青少年自杀态度量表并检验其效度和信度。方法 通过文献分析法、深度访谈法和专家评定法拟定出预测量表,随机选取220名青少年进行预测验,通过项目分析和探索性因素分析确立正式量表,另选取900名青少年正式施测进行信效度检验。结果 编制的青少年自杀态度量表包含20个项目,5个维度,各项目负荷在0.5~0.92之间,5个维度能解释总变异的60.49%。量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.855,各维度的Cronbach's α系数为0.528~0.889,分半信度检验得到的Spearman-Brown系数为0.787;验证性因素分析结果显示,五因素模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=1.826,RMSEA=0.062,IFI=0.917,CFI=0.916,TLI=0.900),有自杀风险组被试在总分及各维度上得分均低于无自杀风险组(P<0.01)。结论 青少年自杀态度量表具有较好的效度和信度,可以作为青少年自杀态度的评估工具。Objective To develop adolescent suicide attitude scale and test its validity and reliability.Methods A preliminary scale was developed via literature analyses,in-depth interviews,and experts'assessment,220 adolescents were randomly selected for initial test,formal scale was established via item analysis and exploratory factor analysis,and another 900 adolescents were selected for formal reliability and validity testing.Results The adolescent suicide attitude scale included 20 items and 5 dimensions,load per item ranged from 0.5 to 0.92,and five dimensions could accounted for 60.49%of the total variation.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.855 and those of all dimensions were 0.528~0.889,and Spearman-Brown coefficient obtained by split half reliability test was 0.787.The results of confirmatory factor analyses showed that five factor model fitted well(χ^(2)/df=1.826,RMSEA=0.062,IFI=0.917,CFI=0.916,TLI=0.900),total score and all dimensions scores were significantly lower in subjects with suicide risk than ones without(P<0.01).Conclusion The adolescent suicide attitude scale has good validity and reliability and can be used as an evaluation tool for adolescent suicide attitude.
