摘　　要：目的探讨结构式舞动治疗对老年轻度认知功能障碍患者的效果。方法选取80例老年轻度认知功能障碍患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均接受常规治疗、定期随访和康复指导,观察组患者在此基础上,实施3个月的结构式舞动治疗。两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗3个月后测试10 m最大步行速度(MWS)了解运动功能,采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA-P)、情绪调节自我效能感量表(RES-C)、日常生活能力评估量表(IADL)评估整体认知功能、情绪调节状况和日常生活能力。结果观察组37例患者、对照组38例患者完成研究。治疗前,两组患者MWS及MoCA-P、RES-C、IADL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组患者MWS及MoCA-P、RES-C、IADL评分均较治疗前升高,且均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论结构式舞动治疗可以改善老年轻度认知功能障碍患者运动功能和认知功能,提高情绪调节和生活自理能力,具有良好的临床效果。Objective To explore the effect of structured dance movement therapy(DMT)for elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods Eighty elderly MCI patients were randomly divided into observation and control group,with 40 cases in each.Both groups received conventional treatment,regular follow-up and rehabilitation guidance and observation group did 3-month structured DMT on this basis.Ten-meter maximum walking speeds(MWS)were tested for both groups before treatment and after 3 month treatment to find out motor function.Overall cognitive function,emotional regulation and activity of daily living were assessed using Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA-P),Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy(RESE)scale,and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living(IADL),respectively.Results Thirty-seven patients in observation and 38 ones in control group completed the study.Before treatment intergroup differences in MWSs and scores on the MoCA-P,RESE and IADL weren't statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3 month treatment MWSs and scores on the MoCA-P,RESE and IADL elevated compared with pre-treatment in observation group and were higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Structured DMT could improve motor and cognitive functions of elderly MCI patients,increase emotional regulation and self-care ability of daily living,and has a good clinical effect.
