加味补阳还五汤联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨加味补阳还五汤联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平的影响。方法 随机选取衡阳市中医医院于2021年3月—2023年3月收治的80例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例,对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,治疗组采用加味补阳还五汤与依达拉奉联合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗前,两组患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、5、7、14 d,治疗组患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死患者进行加味补阳还五汤联合依达拉奉治疗效果明显,能够有效降低血浆溶血磷脂酸水平,对抑制血小板聚集。Objective To investigate the effects of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Edaravone on plasma lyso⁃phosphatidic acid levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were ran⁃domly selected as the study objects,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with Edaravone,and the treatment group was treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Edaravone.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in plasma lyso⁃phosphatidic acid level between 2 groups(P>0.05).At 3,5,7 and 14 days after treatment,the plasma lysophospha⁃tidic acid level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Edaravone can effectively reduce the level of plasma lyso⁃phosphatidic acid and inhibit platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
