摘　　要：目的:探析急性脑梗死患者应对方式的相关危险因素。方法:前瞻性研究选取2020年1月—2022年10月乐平市中医医院收治的急性脑梗死患者73例作为研究对象,采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)评估患者情况,分为消极应对和积极应对。研究人员自行拟定一般人口学调查资料表,获取患者临床资料,构建logistic回归模型,分析急性脑梗死患者应对方式的影响因素。结果:经评估73例急性脑梗死患者中有40例采用消极应对,占比54.79%,33例采取积极应对,占比45.21%;不同应对方式的急性脑梗死患者文化程度、社会支持、家庭关怀度及焦虑情绪占比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);构建logistic多元回归模型,结果显示,文化程度初中及高中、社会支持低下、家庭关怀度低下以及存在焦虑情绪是脑梗死患者消极应对的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:文化程度初中及高中、社会支持低下、家庭关怀度低下以及存在焦虑情绪是脑梗死患者消极应对的影响因素。Objective:To explore the risk factors of coping style in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:In a prospective study,73 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.The Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)was used to evaluate the coping style of the patients,which was divided into negative coping style and positive coping style.General demographic survey data sheets were prepared by the researchers and clinical data of patients were obtained.Logistic regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of coping style in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Results:Among 73 patients with acute cerebral infarction,40 cases adopted negative response,accounting for 54.79%,and 33 cases adopted positive response,accounting for 45.21%.There were statistically significant differences in the degree of education,social support,family care and anxiety among patients with different coping styles(P<0.05).Logistic multiple regression model was constructed,and the results showed that the educational level of middle and high school,low social support,low family care and anxiety were the influencing factors for the negative coping of cerebral infarction patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Secondary and high school education,low social support,low family care and anxiety are the influencing factors of negative coping in patients with cerebral infarction.
