基于循证的综合护理干预在PCI中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于循证的综合护理干预在冠状动脉支架术(PCI)中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年9月安阳市中医院收治的92例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病并且进行PCI治疗的患者作为研究对象,使用随机对照法将患者分为对照组(46例)和研究组(46例)。对照组患者给予常规的护理方式,研究组患者在常规护理方式上增加循证综合护理干预。对比两组患者不同护理方式的护理效果、护理满意度及术后出现不良反应情况。结果:研究组患者护理效果明显高于对照组患者,术后出现不良反应低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.39、9.28、4.04,P<0.05)。结论:对于进行PCI的患者实施基于循证的综合护理干预对患者的护理效果有明显提升,患者的不良反应发生率有所降低并且患者对循证综合护理满意度更高。Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based comprehensive nursing intervention in coronary stent implantation.Methods:A total of 92 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group with randomized controlled method,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the study group were given evidence-based comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect,nursing satisfaction and postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups with different nursing methods were compared.Results:The effective rate of evidence-based comprehensive nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly better than control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.39,9.28,4.04;P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of evidence-based comprehensive nursing model for patients with coronary stent implantation can significantly improve the nursing effect of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of patients with evidence-based comprehensive nursing.
