摘 要:为了研究在不同预处理条件(未干燥、干燥后浸油)下变压器线圈的压缩性能变化规律,基于材料压缩理论和变压器工作原理,通过电子万能试验机分析了影响线圈材料性能的因素。通过试验分析了线圈压缩性能的变化规律,采用曲线拟合的方法,对试验获得的数据进行公式描述,进一步研究了变压器线圈压紧后的刚度值变化,推导了轴向载荷下线圈的刚度模型,对曲线突变的情况进行分析,为变压器绕组的压紧过程提供理论和实验支撑。In order to study the variation law of the compression performance of the transformer coil under different pretreatment conditions(undried,oil immersion after drying),based on the material compression theory and the working principle of the transformer,the factors affecting the material properties of the coil are analyzed by using an electronic universal testing machine.Secondly,the curve fitting method is used to describe the data obtained from the test,and the permanent deformation value of the coil after unloading is analyzed.Finally,the stiffness change of the transformer coil after pressing is further studied.The stiffness model of the coil under axial load is derived,and the sudden change of the curve is analyzed,which provides theoretical and experimental support for the pressing process of the transformer winding.
